About eSOLUTIONS s.r.o.

We are private Slovak company, founded in 2005. Our core business is IT outsourcing and management of IT services for medium and smaller companies (sector Small Business – companies under 500 employees). We have own service and supervision center alongside with our professional administrators and technicians. Our goal is to offer the newest technologies, used by the bigger companies, to smaller companies, giving them advantage on the ever-changing market.

It’s mainly about

– Securing of company information – protection against unauthorized access,outside attacks, loss of data due hardware malfunction, etc.

– Establishment of centralized, secured storage of company data with defined structure and accessibility rights

– access to company data and emails from remote workplaces and from various mobile devices

– Shared calendars and contacts
– operation of intranet as primary business information source

– Establishment of shared workplace for mutual work of several users, with history of modifications (e.g. MS SharePoint)

– monitoring and specification of Internet  traffic for individual employees (restriction of social networks, restriction of access to pages with defined contents – e.g. pages witch offer employment , betting sites, movie downloading etc.) with regular and clear static of traffic sent to email of manager

– link offices by creating secure network, using VPN

– software license management and creation of owner security against sanctions by using illegal software

– securing service of  enterprise resource planning (ERP), network accounting systems and many more specific applications (e.g administration of database servers)

– refinance of  necessary investments to IT by lease or operating lease – rent of hardware, software and services

–  operation of Internet applications connected to intern data

– automatic backup systems of company data with possibility of recovery of different versions of documents and with deduplication of backed up data  (lowering the space requirements )

– advanced IT central management systems and systems of asset management

– integration with various systems like system of protection against blackout, camera system, access system,fire protection system, security system against unauthorized entry etc.
